Swai fillets with shredded cheese, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, and broccoli

  • 4 Swai fillets
  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Place the Swai fillets in the prepared baking dish.
